The Heart Behind What We Do!

 enRICHed Culture is a Charlotte based nonprofit, dedicated to engaging the economically disadvantaged youth; we empower them to become the future leaders of our community by cultivating self-development, leadership, financial education, and entrepreneurship. 

 en∙RICH∙ed Culture wants to spread our passion of community building. We believe that a single action can make a difference in the community, and that collective action can greatly impact the world.  With access to the right resources, people can become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential.  

  A community of professionals from under privileged backgrounds teaming up to empower the culture. We have all experienced many adversities, but we prevailed! We are passionate about providing the support we all need to continue building, uplifting, and improving to leave this community better than we inherited. We’ve committed to investing our expertise and resources in order to further achieve our cause. Prior to 2020, we’ve been supporting our community members in a variety of ways individually. Collectively we've made an even greater impact together.
